DMCA takedown notices

Email dmca@stilopad.com. You may copy contact@stilopad.com. Put “DMCA takedown notice” in the subject and send one notice per work where practical.

• Your full name and reliable contact information.
• A description of the copyrighted work, including the title, author, registration or publication details if available, and evidence that you own it or are authorised to act for the owner.
• The exact Stilopad URL, Library item ID/title, session code, or other location of the allegedly infringing material.
• A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the notice is accurate and, under applicable law, that you are authorised to act for the owner.
• Your typed or electronic signature.

LP DigitenZ may restrict or remove a Library edition while a report is reviewed, contact relevant contributors, and preserve limited records needed for legal, security, or dispute-handling purposes. A takedown does not automatically delete copies already imported or exported by users.

If material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, reply to the case email with the affected URL or item, your full name, address, telephone number, and email address; a description of the removed material and its former location; a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was caused by mistake or misidentification; your electronic signature; and, if you are invoking the US DMCA counter-notice process, the required consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court and to service of process from the original claimant.

We will forward a complete counter-notice where required and restore material only when the applicable legal conditions and waiting period are satisfied. This inbox is not, by itself, a statement that a US Copyright Office designated-agent registration is in place. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment details, or private notebook contents.
