Stilopad
Cookies and Local Storage
Stilopad currently uses a small number of browser technologies to remember your work and keep the app usable. We do not run an advertising-cookie network.

Essential storage
IndexedDB, local storage, caches, and service-worker data keep notebooks, preferences, assets, and the installable web app available on your device. Clearing site data removes local copies, so export work first.
Session technologies
Short-lived identifiers and WebSocket state help a shared session route updates to the right participants. They are not a cross-site advertising profile.
Analytics
When Firebase Analytics is enabled, the web and mobile apps may record app opens, navigation, feature interactions, device or browser attributes, approximate region, and reliability-related events. We use this to understand aggregate use and improve Stilopad, not to build an advertising profile. Browser protections may block analytics, and an in-app preference will be honoured where offered.
Connected services
Google and other connected providers may use their own cookies, account sessions, or device credentials when you explicitly open their authorization flow. Those technologies are controlled by the provider and are not activated merely by reading a Stilopad page.
