Copyright reporting

Send a written notice to dmca@stilopad.com. You may also copy contact@stilopad.com. The subject line “Copyright report — [work title]” helps us route the request quickly.

• Your name and reliable contact information.
• A description of the copyrighted work, and evidence that you own it or are authorised to act for the owner.
• The exact URL, Library item ID/title, session code, or other location of the material.
• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under applicable law, that you are authorised to act for the owner.
• Your typed or electronic signature.

We review complete reports, may temporarily restrict or withdraw a Library item while we investigate, and may contact the uploader or rights holder for clarification. Withdrawal of a catalogue item does not silently delete copies a user has already imported or exported. We may preserve limited records needed to handle the dispute, security, or legal obligations.

If material was removed in error, reply to the case email with the relevant item or URL, your contact details, a good-faith statement that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your electronic signature. We will review the response under applicable law. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment details, or private notebook contents.

Each published Library edition has a source, licence record, attribution, and review status. Public-domain status can differ by country, and a source page is not a blanket licence for every edition or translation. Rights questions about an item can be sent to dmca@stilopad.com even when you are not requesting a formal takedown.
